Description

After a grueling week of travel, the party finally settles into the Slayer's Take guild hall, where they reunite with Huntmaster Vanessa and her companions, including the tiefling Zora and the human Kasha. Vanessa reveals a dire new threat as she presents a doppelganger head, explaining that an ancient red dragon has escaped the Fire Plane and formed a coalition of chromatic dragons known as the Chroma Conquerate that are destroying multiple cities. While the guild offers their trust and resources, Vanessa warns that this threat is too large for them to handle alone, leaving the party to face a coalition of ancient dragons that threaten to consume the world, as Vanessa prepares to offer a dangerous new contract.
