Description

After avenging Percy by slaying the possessed Dr. Ripley, Vox Machina is left reeling as the fiendish energy of Orthax continues to emanate from the recovered gun and the jungle itself. While the party debates whether to destroy the weapon or use it to summon help, they must also contend with Percy's unstable condition and the growing threat of the Shatter Demon. As adrenaline fades and the group prepares to rest before heading to White Stone, a pulse of evil suggests Orthax is not truly gone, leaving the party to wonder if they can escape the demon's grasp before dawn.
